Description

New to Italian blends? This is the perfect place to start. A coffee with the most classic Italian flavours, roasted by one of our smallest roasters.

Light on caffeine but rich in character, it reveals delicate notes of chocolate and hazelnut from the very first sip, with no bitterness or acidity, just a lovely crema and a long, toasted hazelnut finish.

Important: for a perfect extraction, use 16g of coffee in a 14g basket.

Craving something fruitier? Brew it at 91°C instead of 92-93°C.
