Here, the blends are Arabica-rich — 80 to 100% — offering coffees that are delicate, balanced, and aromatic. The roast, light to medium, lets the bean's subtlety fully express itself. In the cup: notes of hazelnut, light cocoa, sometimes floral, with an elegant acidity.

The blends

Here, everything rests on a balance between sweetness and intensity. The blends, often 70-80% Arabica, produce coffees that are rich and round. The roast: medium to medium-dark. In the cup: generous notes of chocolate, spice, with body and a velvety crema.

The blends

Here, it's power and depth people seek, not subtlety. The roast is dark, sometimes very dark. In the cup: dense, almost syrupy coffee, notes of dark cocoa, controlled bitterness, and a long, marked finish.
