This lovely Roman blend is medium roasted — gourmand, as you'd expect from a Rome coffee, but with real complexity behind it.

At 80% Arabica, this blend is milder than the other Parana coffees. Fruit notes come first, with a present but subtle acidity, before a long finish rich in cocoa and dark chocolate. A truly refined coffee.
The Gianelli family selects only the finest Arabica and Robusta beans for their blends — and you can taste it in the cup.
